Duncan was an Associate Artist at the Young Vic Theatre in London during Kwame Kwei-Armah’s tenure and led the creation of Best Seat in Your House, an innovative next step in live theatre streaming, designed to place you at the heart of the action.
His work can currently be seen in Burlesque, which is both in the West End and touring the UK concurrently, The Bodyguard, and in Matthew Bourne’s Cinderella returning for another UK at the end of the year..
And Starlight Express continues its recording breaking run in Bochum, Germany.
During Covid, Duncan started The Green Room Distillery, which now produces multi-award winning Gin, Sloe Gin and a sustainable Vodka, and can be found in many theatre bars around the country. The Green Room is donating £1 from every bottle sold, to Backup, the technical entertainment charity.
Duncan was nominated for his work on both Labour of Love and Big Fish at the 2018 WhatsOnStage Awards. And in 2017, was nominated for both an Outer Circle Critics Award and Lucille Lortel Award for his work on the Public Theater and Donmar Warehouse production of Privacy in New York.
